Fitness Friday: Vibe Ride Detroit Get your first class free by mentioning Rhonda’s name
DETROIT – This week, we’re back at Vibe Ride Detroit and trying something new.
While the studio is known for its cycling classes, it also has a class called Ripped AF — the Ripped Advanced Fat Burner workout.
The workout breaks down a full-body regiment into 30-second exercises that engage all parts of the body.
