New York man sues ex-fiancee for refusing to return engagement ring No description found
MANHATTAN, NY – A New York man has filed suit against his ex-fiancee - who he says is refusing to give him back an engagement ring worth more than $125,000.
Sources say 31-year-old Bradley Moss and 27-year-old Amy Bzura were engaged for almost a year before they broke up.
Moss is requesting that Bzura return the emerald-cut diamond ring to him or just give him the money it's worth. The couple was supposed to get married at the end of last month.
It's not known why wedding did not take place. The lawsuit only say "the marrigage did not occur."
Moss says Bzura has maliciously refused to give the ring back. Prior to breaking up the couple also lived together for three years.
