Break-in reported at medical marijuana shop in Detroit's Corktown Business owned by former Detroit TV anchor
DETROIT – A break-in was reported early Monday morning at a medical marijuana shop in Detroit's Corktown.
The break-in happened at BotaniQ, a medical pot facility owned by former Detroit TV anchor Anqunette Sarfoh (Jamison).

The business opened just a couple of months ago.
The thieves stole close to $2,000 worth of edibles and other items and left behind a trail of destruction. Insurance will cover the cost of the damage.
The dispensary owners hope to have the store reopened within the next few days.
While recreational marijuana is now legal in Michigan, users can't purchase product just yet -- unless you have a medical marijuana card issued by the state.
