4 things to watch for -- Tuesday, November 12th

Cass Tech students (WDIV)

Evrod Cassimy: The students need our help! This week, you have the opportunity to help the students of Cass Tech’s Fine Arts Department. They need things like audio equipment, a projector and other visual equipment, sheet music, band instruments, money for band trips and more. Here’s where you come in! I have partnered with the school for a special benefit concert fundraiser. It’s called NEWZIC: A Cass Tech Fundraiser and is being held on Friday Nov. 15th at 6pm at Cass Tech. Tickets are only $20 and the money goes to benefit the school’s fine arts department. I’ll be performing live with my band and releasing my second album called “Just Evrod” that same day. The students from dance, theater, orchestra, band, choir and more will be performing. The event is hostied by Kirby Gwen from WJLB 97.9FM with several special guests! Everyone knows a Cass Technician and this is your opportunity to encourage these students in the area of fine arts. Again, the money raised from the event goes to the school. For tickets please visit EvrodCassimy.com. It’s going to be a great show! See you Friday!

All Morning -- Still Slick

Brandon Roux: It’s still going to be a bit slick driving early Tuesday with temps in the teens to low 20s first thing around Metro Detroit. It will be a dry day Tuesday, but cool with highs in the upper 20s, mostly cloudy skies turn partly cloudy, and the breezes will keep it feeling even colder. We will see winds WNW 5-15 mph gusting 20-30 mph make it feel like the teens on the bare skin if you’re going to be outside for any stretch of time.
