DETROIT – The American workplace is changing from revolutions in technology to the ability and the desire to work from home.

It all leads us to a profound and critical question for society, what is the future of work?

When it comes to the future of work, there are really two tracks here, the immediate changes we are watching brought on by the pandemic. Then the broader questions, basic matters like what are people going to do?

Is there enough work for everyone and how do we prepare for it?
