19-year-old woman shot multiple times while sleeping at Ferndale home
FERNDALE, Mich. – Ferndale police are investigating after a 19-year-old woman was shot multiple times early Thursday morning at a home on West Bennett Street near 8 Mile Road and Woodward Avenue.
Investigators said someone fired shots into the home, striking the woman several times as she was sleeping in her bed.
She is currently hospitalized. Her condition is not known at this time.
No arrests have been made.
Ferndale police are asking anyone with information to call 248-541-3650.
