Parents reunited with child found wandering on Detroit’s east side

DETROIT – Detroit police say the parents of a young boy found wandering in Detroit have come forward.
He was found around 11:20 p.m. Thursday in the 11400 block of Portlance Avenue near the intersection of East McNichols Road and Outer Drive on the city’s east side.
