Wixom man accused in Capitol siege due in court -- What to expect
The Wixom man accused of beating a police officer with a hockey stick during the Capitol riot on January 6 is asking to be released from custody until his trial.
Michael Foy’s attorney filed new paperwork with the court. The attorney said that Foy is not a threat and not a flight risk. Foy’s family members and friends are also coming to his defense.
