I-94 reopened in St. Clair Shores following closure due to flooding

ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – I-94 has reopened in both directions at Nine Mile Road after being closed overnight Monday due to flooding.

Heavy rain swept through Metro Detroit overnight, causing flooding on the freeway in St. Clair Shores.
