Bloomfield Township police find hidden flash drive with ‘thousands’ of images of abusive material

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 65-year-old man from Bloomfield Township is facing child pornography charges after police reportedly found a flash drive with abusive material.

According to authorities, the Bloomfield Township Police Department received a report that Kenneth Roger Davies might have child sexually abusive material. After a search warrant was obtained for Davies’ home, police said they found a hidden flash drive that contained “hundreds, if not thousands of images containing child sexually abusive material.”

The flash drive and other devices were seized and sent to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for a full examination.

The Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office issued a six-count arrest for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material. Davies was arraigned Thursday, Nov. 2, and was given a $150,000 cash bond.
