DETROIT – The ongoing saga continues over unpaid restitution by former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.
Local 4 got their hands on Kilpatrick’s garnishment papers on Thursday (March 14).
Officials say the papers were filed on Feb. 23, but the feds are going after more than $160,000 in Kilpatrick’s case, which has been years in the making.
