WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. – The River Rouge Public Safety Department are seeking information about a 13-year-old girl who went missing in River Rouge.

Carolyn Finley was last seen on Monday (May 20) between 4 a.m.-5 a.m. when she left her foster home in the 400 block of Palmerston Street without permission and did not return home.

Finley was last seen wearing a multi-colored outfit with black leggings and black shoes with the possibility of wearing a red plastic shower cap.
