DETROIT – Police are seeking information about a 62-year-old man who went missing in Detroit.
Theophalus Watkins left his residence in the 3500 block of John C. Lodge Freeway on Friday (June 14) and did not return home.
He was last seen wearing a T-shirt and jeans.
According to his sister, he suffers from Dementia
