Crews install a sewer line along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (Oakland County)
The water and sewer systems in Pontiac are seeing significant upgrades.
With more than $55 million invested -- including $18 million from grants -- Oakland County is focusing on replacing water mains, rehabilitating sewer lines, and using trenchless technology to minimize disruptions.
The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office said the projects aim to enhance service, protect public health and safeguard the environment.
