Fire crews battle apartment complex blaze on Detroit’s west side

DETROIT – Fire crews battled a blaze at an apartment complex on Detroit’s west side.

The fire occurred on Monday (March 10) in the area of W. 8 Mile Road and Lahser Road.

Local 4 was told by the Detroit Fire Department that there were vacant units unaffected by the fire that would be available to the four once displaced families.

The cause of the fire remains unknown.
