Georgia man arrested in Michigan, accused of trying to solicit a minor Calhoun County investigation leads to arrest of two men

MARSHALL, Mich. – A 45-year-old man from Savannah, Georgia, was arrested in Michigan after reportedly trying to solicit sex from a child.
Stephen Allen Mayne and Daniel Joseph Styler -- a 58-year-old man from Battle Creek -- were both arrested in Calhoun County as part of an investigation into human trafficking and child exploitation .
Both men were charged with accosting a child for immoral purposes and using a computer to commit a crime.
The week-long investigation was led by the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from police departments in Albion, Marshall, Michigan State Police, Potawatomi Tribal Police and other agencies.
