What we know about Canton Township stabbing that left 3 family members injured

CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A person was arrested after police found three of their family members stabbed on Tuesday in Canton Township.

The stabbing happened in the 3700 block of Parklawn Drive on Oct. 14 at around 3:40 p.m.

Police said the suspect, a family member of the victims, was quickly taken into custody pending further investigation.

All three victims were transported to medical facilities for treatment.

Local 4 learned two victims are in their 20s and one is in their 40s. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.

The suspect, who has not yet been identified by police, is expected to be arraigned on Thursday, Oct. 16.
