OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – Police are investigating after a church in Oakland County was damaged following reports of possible gunfire in the area.
The Detroit Regional Communication Center said they received a call from a person who reported hearing gunshots near Cloverdale Avenue and Woodside Avenue on Thursday (April 16) around 12:10 p.m.

When troopers arrived, they said they found the glass front door of God’s Grace Missionary Baptist Church, 8712 Cloverdale Avenue, was shattered and scattered.
Police said no injuries were reported and no suspects were immediately identified at the scene.
