Charges against the suspect are pending and he remains in custody. – The suspect sought in relation to a home invasion that took place earlier this week is now in custody, Grosse Pointe Farms police confirmed Thursday night.
The home invasion occurred between 11 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday at a residence in the area of Grosse Pointe Boulevard and Hendrie Lane.

The Grosse Pointe Farms Department of Public Safety reported that surveillance video showed the man entering the residence through an unlocked front door. He was discovered inside the home by the homeowner before fleeing the area through an unsecured private street security gate.
Charges against the suspect are pending and he remains in custody.
