During the closure, northbound and southbound I-75 traffic will be detoured to the Chrysler service drives.
Northbound motorists will exit at McNichols Road, follow the northbound Chrysler Service Drive, then re-enter I-75 at the Seven Mile Road ramp.
Southbound traffic will exit at Seven Mile Road, use the southbound Chrysler Service Drive, and return to I-75 via the McNichols Road ramp.
Several ramps in the area will also be closed during the demolition work, including:
- Caniff Street ramp to northbound I-75
- Eastbound and westbound M-8 (Davison Freeway) ramps to northbound I-75
- McNichols Road ramp to northbound I-75
- M-102 (Eight Mile Road) ramps to southbound I-75

Officials said all work is weather-dependent and encouraged motorists to allow extra travel time, follow posted detours, and use caution when driving through construction zones.
