New pickleball facility coming to Sterling Heights -- here’s a look inside

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – Sterling Heights will officially celebrate the grand opening of the new Athletic Hub on Saturday.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony is slated for Saturday, July 11, at 9:45 a.m., followed by a community open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Sterling Heights Athletic Hub features nine indoor pickleball courts built to USA Pickleball standards, six table tennis tables and the Rally Room, a flexible space for meetings, parties and programs.
