Melvindale-Northern Allen Park schools to be open Thursday after threat cancels classes for 3 days

MELVINDALE, Mich. – All Melvindale-Northern Allen Park schools will be open Thursday after a threat canceled classes in the district for three days this week.

UPDATE: Melvindale boy, 12, charged after threats made to Strong Middle School

The threat against a high school and middle school in the district was made on Snapchat. Police said Wednesday they had made an arrest in connection with the threat.
