3 hospitalized after mobile home fire
AUBURN HILLS, MI – Three people were transported to a local hospital after a fire broke out at a mobile home early Monday, Oct. 31, in Auburn Hills, officials said. Around 1:16 a.m., the Auburn Hills Fire Department was dispatched to a reported structure fire in the 300 block of North Squirrel at Oakland Estates mobile home park, according to a news release. Two residents and a firefighter were transported to local hospitals for medical emergencies that occurred during the event, the release said. Auburn Hills Police Department and Rochester Hills and Bloomfield Township fire departments assisted at the scene. A fire engulfed the rear of residence, an attached deck and a shed early Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, on the 300 block of Squirrel in Oakland Estates mobile home park in Auburn Hills, Mich. All residents escaped the fire.
