Man arrested on unrelated warrants accused of involvement with fatal Pontiac shooting
PONTIAC, Mich. – A 30-year-old man taken into custody on an unrelated warrant is accused of being involved in a fatal shooting at a Metro Detroit Coney Island restaurant. According to authorities, just before 10 a.m. Jan. 13, Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to D’Anton’s Coney Island, located on West Huron Street, between Telegraph Road and Woodward Avenue, on reports of a dead body. According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Bryan Maurice Wilson AKA: Anthony Randolph Wilson, was connected with the shooting. He was taken into police custody on unrelated warrants and remains at the Oakland County Jail.
Detroit police investigate fatal shooting at Coney Island restaurant
DETROIT – Police are investigating a fatal shooting Sunday morning at a Detroit Coney Island restaurant. According to authorities, the shooting happened just before 3 a.m. near the intersection of 14th and Waverly Street, just south of Davison Street. Police said an unidentified man had an altercation with three men inside the restaurant who then left the location. Mother of disabled man shot, killed outside Highland Park restaurant urges public to help catch gunman
HIGHLAND PARK, Mich. – Police are still looking for a gunman wanted in the deadly shooting of a 39-year-old man outside of a Highland Park Coney Island restaurant that occurred in August. “Me and my family have a $10,000 reward,” said the victim’s mother, Deanna Hill. Highland Park police weren’t able to comment on the investigation. It’s unclear why the gunman was with Hill when they got to Highland Park that night in August. According to authorities, the shooting happened at about 7:30 a.m. Friday at Parkside Coney Island restaurant. Sources told Local 4 the gunman is in his mid- to late-20s.
