New Jersey woman killed when deer crashed through car’s front windshield, back window
A Gloucester County woman died Sunday evening when a deer traveled clear through her car, smashing through the front windshield and exiting through the rear. The 63-year-old from nearby Newfield died at the scene. Deputy Police Chief Matthew DeCesari said the investigation found that a deer ran into the road and crashed into Juliano’s car, entered the passenger compartment and then exited through the rear windshield. The crash occurred just a few streets north of the Vineland city line. Franklin Officer Austin Theuret is investigating.

LENAWEE COUNTY, MI - A pair of male teens died in a single-vehicle crash Monday night that also left two other teens seriously injured, police said. Troopers responded to the crash around 8:04 p.m., Sept. 20 on North Adrian Highway north of M-52 in Franklin Township, west of Tecumseh in Lenawee County, according to Michigan State Police. North Adrian Highway was closed for about six hours for the crash investigation. MSP received assistance at the scene from the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office and fire departments from Raisin Township, Clinton and Tecumseh. FRANKLIN TWP., MI - A Chicago man in his 40s is in critical condition after crashing head-on with a car on US-12 Saturday night in Lenawee County, police said. Deputies responded to reports of a serious crash around 9 p.m., Aug. 21 on US-12 near Wisner Highway in Franklin Township northwest of Tecumseh, said the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office in a release. Initial investigation determined that the man, who was driving a 2010 Nissan sedan on eastbound US-12, attempted to pass two vehicles, police said. The Chicago man was in critical condition when he was airlifted by helicopter to University of Michigan Hospital, police said. The Lenawee County Accident Investigation Team responded to the scene and is still investigating.
