Kickoff time, TV, opening line set for Michigan-Ohio State

A kickoff time and TV designation for the annual Michigan-Ohio State football rivalry is set, and they should come as no surprise to those who follow it closely. The Wolverines and Buckeyes will play at noon ET on Saturday, Nov. 26, a game scheduled for Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, the Michigan football program announced Monday evening. The announcement comes as the Big Ten’s current TV and multi-media rights agreement enters its final season with FOX and Disney-owned ESPN and ABC networks. ESPN ‘College GameDay’ coming to Ann Arbor for Michigan-Ohio State

As if Saturday’s game wasn’t big enough — ESPN just announced plans to take “College GameDay” on the road to Michigan. The popular cable sports network will stage its three-hour Saturday morning tailgate show in Ann Arbor ahead of Saturday’s Michigan-Ohio State showdown (noon, FOX). Meanwhile, Ohio State (10-1, 8-0 Big Ten) moved up to second after a convincing 56-7 win over the Spartans Saturday. This will be GameDay’s first live broadcast in Ann Arbor since Oct. 13, 2018, when the show was in town for Michigan’s win over Wisconsin. The crew was in attendance for the Michigan-Ohio State game in 2019 in Columbus.

The Wolverines plan to continue “limited workouts” on Tuesday, a team spokesman said, and canceled a scheduled press conference with head coach Jim Harbaugh and players.
