A 75-year-old man could face 20 years in prison after he called a Macomb County judge and threatened to go to his home to kill him, officials said.

A Shelby Township teenager has been arrested after he threatened to shoot and kill students in Texas the morning after 21 people were killed at an elementary school in the state.

Two men were killed and a woman was critically injured in a stabbing at a Shelby Township home.

A former Macomb County priest will stand trial on multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct with a child between 13 and 16 years old.

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police in Shelby Township are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred Saturday afternoon. According to authorities, at about 5 p.m. police responded to a home on Glen Eagle Drive, near the intersection of 21 Mile and Schoenherr roads. Police said they found a 21-year-old man who had been shot during an argument with his brother. He was rushed to the hospital where he died. Police said the brother has been cooperating with the ongoing investigation and there is no additional threat to the neighborhood.
