Police are seeking assistance from the public after packages were stolen from several houses in a Macomb County neighborhood last week.

Two suspects are being sought after hundreds of dollars worth of trading cards were allegedly stolen from two Macomb County stores.

A 7-year-old child has died after being hit by a car at Blossom Heath Park in St. Clair Shores.

Police are warning residents of St. Clair Shores that someone is calling people and pretending to be the chief of police before demanding personal information.

Police say a drunk driver caused a series of crashes at two busy intersections in St. Clair Shores. Witnesses say they saw the chaos unfold on 10 Mile Road and Jefferson Avenue and then again at 10 Mile road and Harper Avenue.

It all began as a police chase and ended up with shots being fired and a suspect taken into custody following a standoff with officers.
