New Hallmark Ornament Keepsakes exhibit opens at The Henry Ford

Whether it’s a butterfly, airplane or bird, all the art pieces at a new exhibit have one word in common, “Flight.”

A new interactive exhibit has opened up in metro Detroit and it will have you digging for gold. The Cranbrook Institute of Science has family’s on the hunt for buried treasure this summer. Today on “Live In The D”, host Jason Carr was joined by the Anthropology Coordinator and Museum Educator, Cameron Wood, to talk about what to expect at a new exhibit.

There is new exhibit racing into the Henry Ford. It is called “Driven to Win.” The exhibit is the first of its kind, and highlights the history of racing in America, from its earliest days until now. Best of all, the exhibit puts you in the driver’s seat with race simulators that give you that real race car feel. “Live In The D” host Tati Amare spoke to Matt Anderson, Curator of Transportation at the Henry Ford, about why you should race on over to The Henry Ford to check it out.
