I-75 shut down at Dix Highway in Wayne County for crash, police situation

A crash has both sides of I-75 closed at Dix Highway in Wayne County on Saturday morning.

MDOT reported that both southbound and northbound lanes are closed due to a crash around 10:30 a.m. at exit 40. Police and emergency crews are on the scene.

No information on the crash has been made available. A tweet from MDOT said vehicles traveling north can re-enter the freeway at M-39.
