Free tool libraries help residents save money on home projects

So we know it's that time of year, when many of you might be focusing on spring cleaning projects. Whether it's sprucing up the lawn and garden, or even large or small projects around your home, buying all the tools can be expensive. Did you know there are free local tool libraries that can help make those jobs easier? For this month's Go 4 It, we've teamed up with Bailey Park Neighborhood Development Corporation to collect new and gently used tools for anyone in the community to check out, just like you would a library book.
