4Warn Weather – More sunshine is on the way on Sunday.
High-pressure build in for the end of the weekend and into early next week, which means plenty of sunshine will be in the forecast for Sunday. High temperatures warmer, heading back into the middle of 80s by Sunday afternoon.
Early next week on Monday, we will start the day with some sunshine before clouds increase by Monday afternoon and Monday evening. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop Monday night and stick around into Tuesday as well. High temperature is much warmer to start next week, in the upper 80s to near 90°.
Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected on Tuesday, and the cloud cover along with the rain will help keep the temperatures down. High temperatures only in the lower 80s by Tuesday afternoon.
As of right now, we are bringing some changes into the forecast for the second half of next week, but we will need to see what the data shows regarding what will be Hurricane Beryl, and what impacts that may have on our forecast.
The data is now showing that we would see some moisture from the remnant low of this system moving into our region for the middle of the week. Chances for showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast for Wednesday, and then holding onto a chance of rain showers on Thursday. With the chances for showers and thunderstorms in the forecast, high temperatures will remain into the lower 80s for Wednesday and Thursday.
There is an increasing concern for a widespread heavy rainfall event across the region for Tuesday night through Thursday morning as this low center of Beryl moves into the region. We will continue to track this as we work through the next few days. Be sure to stay tuned to forecast updates. The rain from Beryl will wind down as we work throughout the day on Thursday before we dry things out on Thursday night.
High pressure builds back into the region for the end of next week and start of next weekend. Mostly sunny skies can be expected both days. High temperatures expected in the middle 80s on Friday, and into the upper 80s on Saturday are expected.
