4Warn Weather - Southeast Michigan saw rain and thunderstorms Saturday thanks to a cold front crossing through the state in the evening. This front also opened to the door to cooler air for Sunday.
Isolated rain will diminish tonight, giving way to partly cloudy skies overnight. By Sunday morning, temperatures will be in the mid to upper 50s with a northwest wind around 5-10 mph.
We should be closer to 63° this time of year.
Winds will remain out of the northwest tomorrow, picking up to 10-15 mph, gusting into the mid 20s.
This will help to keep highs below-normal tomorrow in the low 70s. The normal high for this time of year is 81°.
Sunday features a mix of sun and clouds with the slight chance for rain in the afternoon and evening.
We’ll see more sunshine Monday and Tuesday. Monday’s highs will be near 75°. Tuesday will be warmer with highs back to where they should be for this time of year, around 80°.
We expect more low 80s the rest of the week with midweek rain chances.
