DETROIT – A house fire on Detroit’s west side Thursday morning sent two people to the hospital.
It happened at about 2 a.m. on St. Marys Street.
A 2-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital with smoke inhalation and a 45-year-old man is hospitalized with first degree burns to the face and neck.
The fire is believed to be accidental, but the investigation is ongoing.
