Hit-and-run driver still unknown 5 months after killing man in Plymouth Township

$2,500 reward offered for information that leads to arrest

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The identity of the driver who struck and killed a man in Plymouth Township is still unknown more than five months after the crash.

The crash happened around 7 p.m. Oct. 30, 2022, on Beck Road between Powell and North Territorial roads.

Officials said Warren Flagg was struck by a 2007-2010 Pontiac Solstice. The driver fled the scene, and the car likely had front passenger side damage.

Family members are asking the public for answers in connection with Flagg’s death.

Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the case. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP or visit www.1800speakup.org. Tipsters will remain anonymous.
