Michigan State Police executing search warrant on multiple stores in Oak Park

OAK PARK, Mich. – Michigan State Police is executing a search warrant on multiple stores in Oak Park Tuesday morning.

Details are limited, but state police said its fraud section is executing a search warrant in the Greenfield Plaza at 21700 Greenfield in Oak Park as part of a fraud investigation.

Not all stores are impacted, but there is a large police presence in the area. Police said to expect to be contacted by officers if approaching the stores.

“If you can put off the shopping trip, I would suggest you do so,” said Michigan State Police on X.
