DETROIT – Police are seeking information about a 53-year-old woman who went missing in Detroit.
Javanna Fairfax left a rehab facility in the 1600 block of West Fort Street on Monday, (Oct. 5), and did not return home.
It is unknown what she was wearing when she left the location.
