DETROIT – There’s a chance of school closings Friday in Metro Detroit as icy roadways could make for dangerous driving conditions.
After a rainy Thursday evening and temperatures in the 40s, the temps plummeted into the 20s overnight, causing water on the roads to freeze.
Friday is the last day of school before winter break for many districts.
