Troy police went to Michaels on John R Road in Troy on April 30 at around 2:30 p.m. after a woman reported that Johnson was following her through the store and asking her strange questions.
While officers saw Johnson walking to the front of the store, he was arrested.
Police were then approached by a second woman, who said she had also been approached by Johnson in the store. She said Johnson told her there was a spider on her and he rubbed her buttocks to remove it.
He was arraigned in court on May 1 and was given a $5,000 bond.
This is not the first time Johnson has been accused of criminal sexual conduct. He was out on probation at the time of his arrest on April 30.
Previously, police said he sprayed lotion on a woman’s back at a gas station in Troy because he found her attractive. And two weeks before that incident, he groped a woman on the Clinton River Trail in Auburn Hills.
