Carrie Underwood will be at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit with opener Jimmie Allen. “I’m thrilled to be hitting the road again with “The Denim & Rhinestones Tour,” said Underwood. “I’m excited to bring the new music of Denim & Rhinestones to life on tour, as well as put new spins on familiar favorites. We’ve been working hard already preparing an amazing show, and I can’t wait to see everyone on the road.”Underwood said she will return to her Las Vegas residency at Resorts World Las Vegas when this tour wraps up in June.

The CMA Board of Directors disqualified Wallen from individual awards, but he could still win for his work.

Carrie Underwood signs equity deal with sports drink maker Bodyarmor

Bodyarmor announced on Monday that seven-time Grammy award winning singer Carrie Underwood will be its first celebrity endorser as the sports drink maker looks to broaden its appeal. As part of the deal, Underwood will get an undisclosed equity stake in the company and will appear alongside James Harden in Bodyarmor Lyte's first-ever television campaign, debuting Monday during "The Bachelor." "I have spent probably the past 15 years working on myself and falling more and more in love with health and fitness," Underwood told CNBC. The late Kobe Bryant was one of the original investors in Bodyarmor and was instrumental in taking the brand mainstream. Underwood said one of the things that was attractive about this deal is the fact that she was offered an equity stake in Bodyarmor.

Taylor Swift returns to ACM Awards for "Folklore" premiere

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Country-turned-pop star Taylor Swift is coming back to her roots with a performance at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards. The nine-time ACM award winner will perform from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee, where the awards show will be broadcast Wednesday on CBS. Swift will perform “betty” from her new album “Folklore,” which has held the top spot on for six weeks on the Billboard 200 Albums chart. 6 on Billboard's Hot Country song chart.
