Another 16 million doses are expected to be shipped by the end of the month.
US trade deficit drops in June on record rise in exports

Glenda Jackson film to launch PBS' 'Masterpiece' anniversary

The film Elizabeth is Missing, with Jackson as a woman in search of a vanished friend even as she copes with dementia, will air Jan. 3. It's based on the Emma Healey novel of the same name. Jackson, 84, is a two-time Oscar winner, for Women in Love and A Touch of Class." A 1970s adaptation of Herriots work was a public TV hit.
U.S. trade gap rises to $49.4 billion in April
The gap between what the U.S. sells and what it buys abroad jumped to $49.4 billion in April, up 16,7% from $42.3 billion in March and highest since last August, the Commerce Department said Thursday. April exports fell 20.5% to $151.3 billion, and imports dropped 13.7% to $200.7 billion. Total trade exports plus imports dropped 16.7% in April from March and 24.8% from April 2019. the United States ran a $71.8 billion deficit in the trade of goods such as autos and appliances. It ran a $22.4 billion surplus in the trade of services such as banking and education.

Father of kidnapping survivor Elizabeth Smart says he's gay
George Frey/Getty Images(CNN) - Ed Smart, whose daughter Elizabeth Smart was abducted in 2002, has announced that he is gay but says he is not leaving the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Smart, 64, of Salt Lake City, said it has taken most of his life to accept his sexual orientation. Smart is divorcing his wife, Lois, but said he's not leaving her for someone else. Smart said he hasn't removed his name from the church, though "if they were to push me to do so, I would." Smart and his family were thrust into the spotlight in 2002, when Elizabeth, then 14, was abducted from their home.
Toddler Gets Cake With 'Happy Birthday Loser' Written on It
A Missouri mom got a good laugh when she realized her daughters 2nd birthday cake read, Happy Birthday Loser.Melin Jones, who lives in Bonne Terre, said she went to pick up a cake at Walmart for her daughter Elizabeths birthday and asked the woman at the deli to write Happy Birthday Lizard, her daughters nickname. I wasnt until I was unloading the car that I looked down and saw it said 'Happy Birthday Loser,' Jones told InsideEdition.com. Once inside, she snapped picture of Elizabeth with the cake and sent it to her husband. Elizabeth can't read yet, so Jones said she had no idea what the cake said. Jones said she didnt have the heart to let the lady know about the mistake because she didnt want to get her in trouble so she went back and asked for another cake with Happy Birthday Elizabeth written on it.
