There’s a proposal to add overhead power lines to supply power to a hospital in Macomb County, but residents in the area are against the idea.

Residents near Hayes Road are opposing a proposal to add overhead transmission lines along 19 Mile Road to supply power for Henry Ford Macomb Hospital’s recent expansion.

Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that a 20-year-old Warren man was arraigned on charges related to the shooting death of his 63-year-old housemate.

He said while most people in the state wear masks, there are “pockets” where compliance isn’t up to par. “I would say that while we do see mask usage in many places, there are pockets where there is not good compliance,” Lassiter said. “In the Henry Ford system, our Henry Ford Macomb Hospital has the highest volume by far.
