William Harrison Endicott, 68, of Port Huron, has been charged following an investigation by the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force into child sexually abusive material.

SAGINAW, Mich. The Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force announced the arrest of Saginaw resident Jason Conrad Forster, 42, for possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime. Forster was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated after officials learned Forster was in possession of child sexually abusive materials. Following a forensic examination of the digital evidence, Forster was charged with four counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive materials and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Forster was arraigned in the 70th District Court on Thursday.

Matthew Dimitrie, 37, was charged in February and pleaded guilty to one count of Production of Child Sexually Abusive Material. (WDIV)OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. - A Hazel Park man who pleaded guilty in late July to producing and distributing child pornography was sentenced earlier this week to six to 20 years in prison by Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Leo Bowman, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced Friday. Matthew Dimitrie, 37, was charged in February and pleaded guilty to one count of Production of Child Sexually Abusive Material (CSAM), a 20-year felony, and one count of Distribution of CSAM, a four-year felony. A search warrant was subsequently executed on Dimitries home and his cell phone was seized, which contained substantiating evidence. PINCKNEY, Mich. - An investigation conducted by the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has resulted in the arrest of a man from Pinckney. The arrest came at the conclusion of an investigation into the online trading of Child Sexually Abusive Material using peer-to-peer networks. Kenczyk has been charged with two counts of aggravated distribution/promotion of child sexually abusive material, three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and five counts of use of a computer to commit a crime. If convicted, Kenczyk faces up to 15 years in prison for each count of aggravated distribution/promotion of child sexually abusive material, up to 10 years in prison for each count of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, and up to 10 years in prison for each count of use of a computer to commit a crime. EASTPOINTE, Mich. - An Eastpointe man is facing charges in connection with child pornography officials say he had on his phone. According to the Michigan Attorney General's Office, the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip about 65 child sexually abusive images being uploaded to a file sharing account in January 2018. Child sexually abusive material, including photos and videos, was found on his phone, authorities said. Arms was charged with one count of using a computer to commit a crime, five counts of distribution of child sexually abusive material and five counts of possession of child sexually abusive material. He is charged as a habitual offender because he has two prior fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct convictions.
