Police are looking for four men wanted in connection with a series of businesses broken into Jan. 6, 2020. DETROIT โ Police are looking for four men wanted in connection with a series of burglaries and businesses broken into early Wednesday morning. According to authorities, between 2:50 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., several Detroit businesses were broken into. Police said a gas station near the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Mt. Police described the suspects as four Black men who were driving a white Dodge Charger with two black racing stripes on it.

DETROIT โ Police are asking for the publicโs assistance in in identifying and locating several people wanted in connection with a burglary that occurred on the Detroitโs east side. According to authorities, it happened Oct. 15, just after 4 a.m. Police said two vehicles -- a light colored SUV and a dark colored minivan -- pulled up to a KFC located in the 3700 block of Gratiot Avenue. Police said four people pried open the door and entered the building while two remained outside as lookouts. A safe was then removed from the restaurant and placed inside the SUV, which then drove off northbound on Mt. Residents on Detroits east side protest homeless center
DETROIT Some residents on Detroits east side came together to protest a homeless shelter in their community. They said that all you have to do is look around and see whats been done to the community because of the local resource for the homeless. No more trash in our streets, no more garbage out in the street, Reverend Aaron McCarthy said. Community members said that Team Wellness Center, a shelter and safe haven for the homeless, is hurting their community. Local 4 reached out to Team Wellness Center for comment.
