Detroit police spokesperson Jasmin Barmore updates carjacking, kidnapping situation

A 7-month-old boy was found safe about an hour after a carjacker stole a vehicle with the infant still inside on Detroit's east side. The carjacking happened shortly before noon on Friday (July 10) near Glenwood Avenue and Chalmers Street.
