Sunshine, warming trend continues this week with Spring-like temperatures by Friday

Temperatures in the 40s most of the week

4Warn Weather – We’re starting off our Sunday with some places seeing some patchy dense fog early this morning, especially Southwest of Metro Detroit.

If you do run into the dense fog, give yourself some extra time to get to your destination, and we will trade the fog in for some sunshine and we work throughout the day. Expect partly cloudy skies for the end of the weekend. High temperatures heading into the lower 40s, after we remained in the 30s on Saturday due to the cloud cover hanging tough through the first part of the day.

Partly cloudy skies can be expected overnight tonight, with some frost as well. Temperatures dropping back into the upper 20s in the city, and into the middle 20s outside the Metro for Monday Morning.

The stretch of tranquil weather continues in the beginning of next week. Expect a mixture of sunshine and clouds for Monday, then plenty of sunshine looking ahead into Tuesday under a mostly sunny sky. High temperatures heading back in the lower 40s each afternoon.

We keep a filtered sunshine into the forecast working throughout our Wednesday, temperature is continuing to warm up into the middle 40s by Wednesday afternoon.

Then expect the cloud cover to increase overnight Wednesday night and into Thursday but will remain dry as we head throughout our Thursday. Feeling a little like Spring for the end of the week as we head into the lower 50s by Thursday afternoon.

Our next chance of rain doesn’t come until the end of the week on Friday, expect scattered rain showers to move into the region, with high temperature as well above average, and into the lower 50s by Friday afternoon, and the cloud cover sticks around to start next weekend. Expect mostly cloudy skies with high temperatures into the upper 40s for most everyone.
