Rain possible, cool temperatures expected for St. Patrick’s Day weekend in Metro Detroit

Friday highs in lower 50s; Saturday highs in upper 50s

St. Patrick’s Day will be chilly, with temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s. We can’t rule out a sprinkle or a few flurries, but nothing too impactful. (WDIV)

4Warn Weather – Rain is slowly moving out on Thursday evening. A few isolated storms are still possible near the Ohio border, but not likely.

Overnight skies will become mostly cloudy, with a low of 43 degrees.

Friday

On Friday, skies will start out mostly cloudy but eventually clear enough to allow a break or two of late-day sunshine. Highs will barely make it out of the 40s to around 50 degrees.

Weekend forecast

Saturday brings a chance of a late-day shower with highs in the mid-50s.
