DETROIT โ Welcome to another edition of Detroit Sports Misery, as a top Tigers prospect and a Pistonsโ first-round draft pick have injuries. Since the Tigers got knocked out of the postseason in 2014, all four major teams -- the Tigers, Lions, Pistons and Red Wings -- have been largely dreadful. Troy Weaver has started to rebuild a roster of exciting young players on the Pistons. Theyโre competitive, they have promising young players, and most importantly, they actually have direction under Weaver. But with both the Tigers and Pistons trying to build around young players, these types of injuries are a blow.

The reigning two-time MVP scored 30 points by halftime, shot 17 of 24 from the floor overall and finished with nine rebounds. Antetokounmpo said he might have gotten a little more room to operate inside because the Bucks (4-3) have shot so well from 3-point range lately. Bucks: Milwaukee didnโt have reserve guards Pat Connaughton or Sam Merrill available. This is the Pistonsโ second straight back-to-back set, as they split two home games with Boston on Friday and Sunday.

Rookie big man James Wiseman had a dunk and Wiggins followed with a 3-pointer to cap a 12-0 run that put Golden State up 98-89 in the fourth quarter. That put the Warriors up by six and sent several Golden State players spilling from the bench area in excitement. Golden State went on a 17-3 run early in the third, but Detroit stayed close well into the fourth.
