GM shifting groups of salaried Michigan employees, aims to maintain benefits of remote work

GM stressed its global headquarters will remain at the RenCen and itโs an โimportant elementโ of the automakerโs future. We are seeking to maintain the benefits of remote work, while also ensuring our teams get the benefit of in-person collaboration,โ reads a statement from GM on Thursday. It has been more than a year now since GM asked thousands of employees to work from home, if possible, when the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic swept the globe.

Clinton Township asks residents to vote for new logo
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. โ Residents of Clinton Township are asked to vote for a new logo though the Townshipโs website. There are two designs to choose from. The logo will become the Townshipโs visual brand and put on buildings, signage, vehicles and social media accounts. โDuring our strategic planning stakeholder meetings, we spent time discussing our visual brand, including the logo,โ said Clinton Township Deputy Supervisor Liz Vogel. โAs a group, we considered more than ten logo designs, and narrowed the choice down to two that visually captured the Townshipโs strengths,โ she said.
