Are there any days off coming up?โ So all of the mental load is the invisible pressure on women, as well as the physical, and many times thatโs heavier than the physical burden,โ she said. AdResearch from Michigan State University shows nearly 68% of women say theyโre stressed out right now because of the mental load theyโre carrying as opposed to 58% of men who were surveyed.
